TAB Engineering Services LLC was established in Dubai in 2007 as an independent third-party provider of MEP Testing, Adjusting, Balancing and Commissioning, and MEP Commissioning Management. Nearly two decades of consistent effort by our team have made TAB one of the leading independent third-party commissioning specialists in the GCC.

Our project history covers Airports, Malls, Hospitals, Hotels, Data Centers, District Cooling Plants, Residential and Commercial Complexes. All work is carried out to the latest AABC, CIBSE, BSRIA and ASHRAE standards and procedures.

TAB is an elected Corporate Member of the Commissioning Specialists Association (CSA), reflecting our commitment to developing the commissioning function through quality service delivered by trained, experienced staff.

Our commissioning team is led by a CSA CM II – Grade 6 Commissioning Manager with vast experience in commissioning management, overseeing projects from design review and pre-commissioning through to final handover.

We are also committed to energy efficiency and sustainability, with a Certified Energy Manager (CEM) on staff to optimize energy performance, reduce operating cost and implement sustainable solutions.

Our management and documentation systems are certified to ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018, giving our clients assurance of quality and safety. Management continuously monitors performance and implements improvements where needed.

Our senior staff bring extensive experience across many project types and systems, including projects certified under LEED and Estidama.
